He was born on February 7, 1949, in Dominican Republic to parents Otilio Alcantara and Teresa Ramirez Alcantara. He leaves behind a beloved wife Carmen Ysabel and his loving sons Jose and Freddy Alcantara; grandchildren, Jose, Xavier and Nyla. Jose will be missed by all that knew and loved him. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm followed by Funeral Service at 12:30 pm. Internment will be at Palm Beach Memorial Park Jose O. Deja atrás a una amada esposa Carmen Ysabel y sus amados hijos José y Freddy Alcantara; nietos, Jose, Xavier y Nyla. José será extrañado por todos los que lo conocieron y lo amaron. El velorio se llevará a cabo el domingo 3 de abril de 2022 de 10:30 am a 12:30 pm seguido del funeral a las 12:30 pm. El internamiento será en Palm Beach Memorial Park.
