Ansel Downs 41, of Palm Coast passed away September 9, 2021.He was born on May 26, 1980 in Hialeah, Florida to parents Leonard and Maureen. Ansel's memory will be cherished by a host of family of friends. He will me missed by all that knew and loved him.
