Anthony Joseph Tepedino's Obituary
Mr. Anthony Joseph Tepedino age 93 of Boca Raton, Florida formerly of Delray Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on November 2, 2014. Anthony was born on November 29, 1920 in Brooklyn, New York to his late father, Mr. Alfonso Tepedino and his late mother, Mrs. Angelina (nee Santelmo) Tepedino. Anthony moved to the warm and sunny South Florida area in June of 1983 leaving his former home of Brooklyn, New York following his retirement. Anthony worked for twenty five years with Bronx Brass Foundry in Brooklyn, New York as a Core Maker and he also worked with the United States Steel Workers Union for ten years as a Financial Secretary. Anthony was a Devout Catholic and worshipped at Emmanuel Catholic Church for many years when he was still able to attend. He was a former member of the Italian American Club. Anthony always made people feel accepted and loved; he was known as a favorite friend, favorite uncle, grandfather and father to his family members and close friends that knew and loved him dearly. Anthony was met at "Heaven's Gate" by his beloved wife, Faye Tepedino; whom has been waiting for his arrival into Heaven since November of 2008. Anthony will be perpetually loved and honored by his two children, Allen Tepedino and Carol Avitto and her husband, Chris Avitto; his four treasured grandchildren, Nicole Avitto, Anthony Avitto, Erica DiSanto and her husband, Robert DiSanto and Ashley Tepedino; his two precious great grandchildren, Joseph DiSanto and Alessandra DiSanto and his admired brother, Robert Tepedino. Family and friends will gather to visit and pay respects from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3691 Seacrest Boulevard, Lantana, Florida 33462, (561) 586-1237.
