We were friends that should have never been. We met and bonded over many work related phone calls. Those calls led to us wanting to meet in person. I traveled from Washington DC to New York City. We took in a Broadway show and had dinner at the Russian Tea Room. That was in 1999. We visited each other as often as possible in Maryland and Florida. I so cherished her love and friendship. My last visit with Barbara was in May this year. I love and miss you my dear friend.
