Barbara Ann Locklear, 78, of West Palm Beach passed away on May 19th. Barbara was born on October 23, 1942 to parents, Erbert Eugene Conner and Evelyn Mitchell. She leaves to cherish her memory; her loving husband, Louis O. Locklear Sr and 3 children; Louis Jr., Lori and Brian. Barbara will be missed by all that knew her.
