Beverly Marjorie Woods' Obituary
Beverly Marjorie Woods, 88, of Boynton Beach, FL formerly of Ansonia, CT passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, January 16, 2021.
Those who will miss her the most are her five children: Donna Gunther, Susan Javins, Robert R Woods, Jr, Marjorie Rivers and Judy Marino and her 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Beverly was an active member of the Boynton Beach Community Church. She loved to work and meet people. She was employed as a gatekeeper at Jamaica Bay Community. In the past, Beverly worked for more than 25 years at Enthone Corp in Milford, CT and as a toll taker at the Florida Turnpike. Beverly was very active in her Jamaica Bay Community over the past twenty years serving in the clubhouse kitchen, as a Board Member, and a member of cops patrol. Over the years she enjoyed square dancing, bowling, golf, playing cards, playing the organ and traveling with friends, family and members of the Jamaica Bay community. A private memorial service will be held at Palm Beach Memorial in Lantana, FL on Friday, January 22,2021 for her immediate family. The family will arrange for a memorial service for friends at a later time.
