Carlos Mitil Rivera, passed away September 14, 2018. Resident of Reading, PA formerly of Lares, Puerto Rico. Loving Father of Jessica M. Mitil and Juan C. Mitil. Dear Brother of Ana Mitil, Yolanda Mitil, Mirta Mitil, Roberto Mitil Eric Rosado and Lizbeth Mitil. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
