Carmen Pierre Louis' Obituary
Carmen Pierre Louis was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on April 11, 1925. She was the second of 4 children. Carmen, also referred to as “Cam” by her family and friends, had two brothers and one sister who have gone and to be with the Lord.
Carmen received her general education in Haiti. At age of 51, she migrated to Canada with her children. She was a hardworking woman with a passion for cooking. Years after arriving to Canada, she became a business owner and opened her Caribbean inspired restaurant. Despite her growing business, “Cam” always put family and instilled great values to her children.
Carmen was a caring & loving mother, grandmother and a great grandmother. She led her family with integrity. On August 17, 2016 the Lord saw that Cam had well accomplished her mission and allowed her to rest in peace.
Cam will be greatly missed by all of those who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her and her memory will live on through them.
Carmen’s life was blessed with family and she’s survived by her five children: Marie Lourdes, Yves, Carole (Stanley/son in law), Margarette (Roni/son in law), and Judes (Sandra/ daughter in law).
Grandchildren: Hydn , Hendel , Daphenee , Warda, Vanessa, Sheana, Jessica, Jhoan “Junior”, Sabrina, Jefferson, Lenz, Nakysha, Francelson, Malik, Judy, Micheal, Matthew, Judes Jr., Sabrina Nabia, Hendy and Yvens.
Great-grandchildren: Savany, Leena, Quentyn, Devon, Carter, Damian, Donny, Jonathan, Youri, Denzel, Jaaden and Maya
Brothers: Edva and Adrien Jean Pierre
Sisters: Fernande Francil, Solange Francillon
Nieces & Nephews : Bernadette Guerrier, Fritzner Guerrier, Marie Helen Gerbier, Paulette ( Pierre ) Cange, Gerard Guerrier, Marjorie Jean Pierre, Martine Francillon, Pasquale Francillon, Stephany.
Friends may call at Beth Israel Chapel 1115 Jog Rd. Boynton Beach 4 pm to 7 pm Friday Aug. 26th. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 am Saturday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1000 Lantana Rd. Lantana FL with entombment to follow at Palm Beach Memorial, 3691 Seacrest Blvd. Lantana. FL
