Cira Cabrera's Obituary
Cira Cabrera, age 74, from Lake Worth, FL, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 9, 2017. She was born in Florida, Cuba on June 8, 1942 and married her husband of over 35 years, Pedro Cabrera, who preceded her in death. She made a beautiful family with her husband and four loving sons. She and her young family immigrated to the United States in 1971 to be united with her parents and brothers. She lived in New Jersey for a couple of years and lived the remainder of her life in Florida. Cira loved music, enjoyed family gatherings, and was most happy when surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She is survived by three sons and their wives, Gerardo and Sandra Cabrera, Rolando and Dailis Cabrera, and Ubaldo and Lucy Cabrera, as well as two brothers, Frank Marin and his husband, Larry Poole, and Rolando Marin and wife, Leanne. Five grandsons, three granddaughters, six greatgrandchildren and one niece. She is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro C. Cabrera, her mother, Georgina A. Marin and her step-father, Santos Marin, as well as her oldest son, Octavio Cabrera, and her aunt, Clemencia Arostique.
