Clinton Petrovich's Obituary
Clinton “Corky” Lee Petrovich, 62, of Lantana FL, went to be with the Lord on May 8th, 2021. Corky spent his last days surrounded by his loved ones near and dear to him, while in hospice care after a devastating stroke.
Corky was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on February 19, 1959. Corky is preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Helen Petrovich, brothers Daniel and Allan and son Christopher Petrovich. Corky is survived by his wife Jeanette of 43 years, daughter Jennifer, brothers William and Brett as well as sisters Carol and Susan. In addition, Corky was dearly loved by his 3 grandchildren, Caleb, Caden and Kassidy, many in-laws, nieces and nephews and of course, near and dear friends.
Corky attended Dillard Highschool in Broward County while serving as an apprentice for his father Daniel. Corky quickly discovered his talents in the construction trade and spent nearly his whole life pursuing his gift. Corky also had a love for the ocean where he spent many years as a successful commercial fisherman.
Corky’s love for the ocean became his tranquility when life was too much to bear after the passing of his dear son Christopher. Although the passing of Corky has left his family with unbearable pain, to know
that he is rejoicing with his son again, has brought many smiles surpassing the tears.
The family would like to sincerely thank everyone for the out pouring of love and support during this difficult time.
