Mr. Danny H. Mountcastle's Obituary
Mr. Danny H. Mountcastle age 67 of Lake Worth, Florida passed away peacefully on February 11, 2015. He was born in New Castle, Indiana on July 11, 1947 to his parents Mr. Joseph Mountcastle and Mrs. Velma Mountcastle. Danny was a graduate of Melbourne High School in Melbourne, Florida. Danny worked for Pratt & Whitney for over thirty years as a professional Aerospace Engine Mechanic. Daniel was a very loving and caring son, father, grandfather and brother. He loved spending quality time with his grandchildren, family and friends. In his sparetime, Danny loved to work in his Garden planting suculent vegetables and he had also planted a variety of Citrus Trees and Fruit Bearing Plants about his yard which provided a plentiful yield of Oranges, Grapefruits, Mangos and Grapes. One could say, Danny had a "green thumb" and natural ability to make plants grow and thrive. He also liked to Wood Work and Colllect Guns in his sparetime. He was a former member of the Lion's Club. Danny was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Linda Mountcastle; whom met him at Heaven's Gate and embraced him and gave him a heavenly kiss upon his arrival. She has been waiting for his arrival into Heaven, since her arrival date into Heaven on September 3rd of 2014. He leaves behind to forever cherish his Eternal Memory, his loving and devoted mother, Velma Mountcastle; his two loved children, Daniel Mountcastle and wife, Kira Mountcastle and Brian Mountcastle and wife, Ann Mountcastle; his six admired sisters and one revered brother, Alice, Sizemore, Patty Nelson, Joyce Cross, Diane McDonald, Lisa Leedy, Anita Shrader and Timothy Mountcastle; and his six adored grandchildren, Austin, Amanda, Dillon, Emily, Julian and Zachary. Private family services will be held at a later date to Honor the Life of Danny H. Mountcastle. The family has suggested that in lieu of expressions of sympathy a donation be made to the ( www.peta.org ), People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, 501 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510, (757)-622-PETA (7382).
