I extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to Don's wife, Judith, and his entire family.Don was my last training officer when I started at Lake Worth Police Department in 1985, and not only was he an excellent police officer, but he was a good man, and a good friend. We used to go fishing together on his bass boat on the canals, and later were in the detective bureau together. I learned a lot from him, but unfortunately lost touch with him when I returned home to MA. 23 years ago to join a department up here.
