Dennis & Judie Morgan
I met Dotty in Dec 1990 at a Christmas party at Morgan Guaranty Bank and Trust where she and my husband worked the evening shift. She greeted me saying "I've heard much about you and the boys, come sit at my table, she hugged our two sons, she even knew their names. Even though this was my first time visiting their workplace I felt so in place. She made me feel so welcome, we talked, she shared she's been praying for us, as she does for all whom she's met in person or not.
I knew she was the Humble, loving, caring Mother, my D would talk about, who reminded him of his mom. Dotti became his adopted mom. She was a praying, caring, sharing Believer, who shared Christ with All. Through the years we've been in touch, we've prayed for each other, shes adopted Dennis and us as her children.
I know she's in her Father's presence rejoicing that she home, seeing all those who's gone on before. One of her favorite hymns we sang when we prayed was" My hope is built on nothing less, than Jesus blood and righteousness, I dare not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly lean on Jesus name.
On Christ the solid rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand"
Dotty was a very Special Gift from God, it was Wonderful knowing her, we were privileged to have known her.
Rest In Peace Dotty. We mourn your leaving us, but we will meet again.
