Frances T. LoCicero, age 83 of Boynton Beach, died on November 1, 2013. She was predeceased by her husband Peter and is survived by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law John and Carol LoCicero and many nieces and nephews. A cryptside service will be held Tuesday November 5, 2013 beginning at 10:00 AM at Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
