Frances Lynn Marcelli, 70, of Port St. Lucie, Florida passed away December 24, 2018. She is predeceased by her Mother Frances Pennino and survived by her Father Albert Marcelli and Sister Laura Marcelli. Frances worked as a Computer Analyst for many years. She always made sure her sister Laura was taken care off. Frances will be missed by all who knew her.
