Gail Sansbury's Obituary
Gail Sansbury, 65 of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2022.
She was born, Gail Patricia Bishop on March 7, 1956 to John “Buck” and Margaret Bishop in West Palm Beach, FL. She was raised in Delray Beach, FL. and was a lifelong resident of Palm Beach County.
Gail was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Terry Sansbury, brother Gary Bishop, and parents, John “Buck” & Margaret Bishop.
She was the most amazing mother to Kaly (Justin) Lopez and Nana to Haliey and Taryn Lopez of Boynton Beach, FL.
Being a Nana was her pride and joy and she looked forward to all the adventures with her girls.
She was a dedicated employee to Palm Beach County Water Utilities for 33 years. Gail enjoyed spending time with her family and her furry companion, Charlie Brown and she loved being outdoors.
On December 1, 2021 Gail was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer. She fought to the very end and she is now free.
Gail is survived by her daughter Kaly Lopez, her son-in law, Justin Lopez, their daughters Haliey and Taryn Lopez, her brother Larry Bishop and his wife Lisa Bishop. Gail will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
