SESSA, Gertrude Brandt
Our much loved mother Gertrude Brandt Sessa, born July 6, 1919 in Stamford, Connecticut passed away peaceably November 9, 2013 attended and embraced by her loving family. Gertrude moved to West Palm Beach in 1949 where she raised her 5 children. She is survived by Gene Sessa (Monica), Marleen Johnston (Robert Jones), Danny Sessa and Cathay Burgiel (Danny), and predeceased by son Paul Sessa. She also leaves 5 grandchildren, Debbie Hatcher (Mark), Stephen (Lindsy) and Sybil Johnston, David and Savannah Burgiel, 4 great-grandchildren Kyle and Austin Hatcher, Stephen, Brayden and soon to be born Preston Johnston.Gertrude will be greatly missed by all whose lives she has touched and a celebration of her life will be held. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Gertrude's memory to Hospice of Palm Beach County 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
