Today we lay Gina to rest, and my heart is full of both sorrow and gratitude.
Sorrow because we have lost someone irreplaceable… and gratitude because I was blessed to call her my cousin, my sister, my family.
Thank you, Gina, for the joy, the laughter, and the love. I lost my buddy — the one I shared stories, and even a little family gossip with.
I will miss you deeply. 🤍🕊️
You were such a force, strong in every way that mattered, yet so full of life. You had this energy that drew people in, a presence that made everything feel lighter just because you were there. Even when things were hard, you faced life head-on, never losing your laughter or your warmth.
I always admired how you carried strength like it was second nature not loud or heavy, but steady and certain. You taught me that being strong doesn't mean shutting the world out; it means meeting it with an open heart.
You lived fully, loved deeply, and never held back your joy.
I miss you more than words can say. But when I find myself laughing in the middle of a hard day, or standing a little taller when life gets tough, I know that's you — still with me, still teaching me how to live with strength and light. Thank you so much for always being there for me, even when life wasn’t easy. Your love, wisdom, and kindness shaped so much of who I am. I’ll carry your guidance and your spirit with me always. I Love you forever Marenn

Working together we became friends and had some really great times. Your beautiful soul from within, your smile, jokes, laughter and kindness shined all the time. Always there for anyone and providing words of wisdom. My heart is saddened at your loss from this life as we know it. You are now an angel among us, restored and at peace. We will see each other again one day.
All my love my sweet sister and friend.

My fondest memory is the simplest one, yet it set the course for everything: the moment we realized we shared a name. That realization was met with a burst of laughter—not just a polite chuckle, but a deep, shared hilarity that instantly dissolved any distance between us. It was a moment of pure, unexpected joy that perfectly captured the lightness of your spirit. But beyond the fun, I remember the immediate kindness in your eyes; it wasn't just a coincidence to you, but a sign, and you welcomed me into your life with an open warmth that made me feel instantly safe and understood. That spontaneous connection, fueled by a simple name, spoke volumes about your adventurous spirit—you were always ready to embrace the surprising, wonderful things life threw our way, and I am so grateful that our paths crossed the way they did. May your beautiful soul rest in peace.
