Jacques Michel Beliard's Obituary
Jacques Michel Beliard, 69, of Deerfield Beach, passed away on June 15, 2026.
Born in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti, on September 23rd 1956 Jacques carried his proud heritage with him throughout his life. He later made his way to the United States, where he built a meaningful life rooted in hard work, family, and a love for simple pleasures. He spent many years living in Connecticut with his family before relocating to Maryland for work and later to Florida for retirement.
Jacques worked as an electrical technician in the aerospace and defense industry in Connecticut and Maryland, where he was respected for his technical skill, dedication, and attention to detail. Outside of work, he was known for his intelligence and resourcefulness, especially when it came to fixing things around the house and building things. He had a natural talent for working with electronics and took pride in his ability to solve problems with his hands.
Jacques loved spending Saturdays searching for treasures at yard sales and bringing home surprises. When he wasn’t involved in a project, he spent his time immersed in a movie or enjoying a good meal. A self-proclaimed foodie, he especially treasured dining out and sharing those special moments with his beloved daughters and wife.
Above all, Jacques will be remembered as a devoted father and caring family man. He maintained a respectful and positive relationship with his former wife, Claire Dubois, demonstrating his commitment to family unity.
He is survived by his two daughters, Tania Beliard Peters and Victoria Beliard, as well as many other relatives and friends who will deeply miss his presence, warmth, and love.
Jacques leaves behind a legacy of resilience, kindness, and a deep appreciation for life’s everyday joys.
