Janice R. Palmer, 85, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2024. Born on January 18, 1939, in Pullman, Washington, to Ernest and Louise Lee, Janice was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to her family. She is pre-deceased by her son Tod Scrivner and husband Gilbert Palmer. She is survived by her son Scott Scriver and wife Teresa, step sons Eric Palmer, Marc Palmer, grandson Christopher, granddaughters Alyssa and Maddie, who will forever cherish her memory. Janice’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
