Mrs. Jeanette Rochebrun Henriquez's Obituary
Mrs. Jeanette Rochebrun Henriquez age 81 of West Palm Beach, Florida was called home to be with the Lord on May 21, 2015 and was met at Heaven's Gate by her beloved son, Frantz Henrique. Jeanette was born on January 8, 1934 in Jeremie, Haiti. In 1970 Mrs. Henriquez migrated to the United States of America settling in the New Rochelle, New York area to begin a better life for her family. Once she established herself in the United States of America, she began her working career in Nursing helping elderly patients at a Nursing Home in New Rochelle, New York for well over 35 years. She was a communicant of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she regularly attended Saturday Services with her family. She also sang in the Church Choir with her beautiful Soprano voice and engaged in volunteer work at the church. Jeanette was the Matriarch of her family and she taught her children to be upright, thoughtful, kind and considerate human beings through her strict discipline and her unending, selfless love. She regularly enjoyed cooking a gourmet meal consisting of homeade beans and rice, chicken, turkey, lasagna or Haitian Patties and all sorts of baked goodies made with her own special seasonings, herbs and her special ingredient "Love" that she would combine together from scratch creating a scumptuous and mouth watering ecstasy of flavors. She loved to socialize with her family and friends most especially during the festive times and holidays throughout the years. She lived a righteous life in accordance with God's Scriptures and will be remembered as in the book of Proverbs 31:10-31, regarding the virtues of a virtuous woman. She will be eternally loved and honored by her former husband, friend and father of her children for over fifty eight years, Edgard Henriquez; her five loved children, Nancy Henriquez Demas and husband, Pelissier Demas, Etzer Henriquez and wife, Chantal Henriquez, Ebert Henriquez and wife, Micelle Henriquez, Martine Henriquez Larosse and husband, Jean Larosse and Patrick Henriquez and companion, Eterline Elliot; her twenty three adored grandchildren, eight precious great grandchildren and one admired brother, Louis Rochebrun. Family and friends will gather and pay respects on Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3691 Seacrest Boulevard, Lantana, Florida 33462, (561) 586-1237.
