Joan E. Rockey, age 78 of Sebring, FL, passed away on March 6, 2020. She is survived by her daughter Tracy (Mike) Brown of Sebring. Funeral services will be held graveside on Tuesday March 10, 2020 beginning at 10:00 at Palm Beach Memorial Park Cemetery.
