John Edward Hackimer Jr. of Boynton Beach, Florida passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 75. He was born on September 20, 1946, in Camden, New Jersey to parents John and Dorothy Hakimer. John was a retired railroad engineer, he loved his job. John leaves to cherish his memory; his Beloved Wife, Deborah Hackimer, Daughters; Jody DeForest (Geoff), Michelle Gioia (Vito) and Jennifer Johnson (Ken), Son; John Hackimer III, Stepdaughter; ShaVaughn Johnson (Daryl) , Stepsons; TJ Simmons (Janine) and Josh Simmons (Kellen), Brother; Paul Hackimer (Karen), 2 nephews, 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a host of loving friends and family. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 6:00PM - 8:00PM at Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday June 24, 2022 at 10:00AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with Interment to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, FL.
