Joe was such a lovely man. I served on the Board with him for over 10 years and through this I we became good friends. He always had a kind word for everyone and was always the peacemaker. He used to ride his bike in the morning and would stop and talk to anyone who wanted a word. He was loved by all who knew him and he will be sorely missed. Rest in peace Joe.
