Joyce Elaine Milburn's Obituary
Joyce Elaine Milburn was granted her angel wings on September 29, 2021, at the age of 81. Joyce was born on November 17, 1939, in Romulus, Michigan, the daughter of Walter and Leona (Horton) Savage. She married William Richard Milburn, the love of her life on May 18, 1958. Joyce is survived by her two daughters, Debra Dillon and husband Robert, Kimberly Williams and husband David, her four granddaughters, Jennifer and husband Kevin, Danielle and husband Joey, Tamara and Brittany, her four great grandchildren, Noah, River, Makenna and Mason, her two sisters, Barbara Santucci and Helen Haggard.
Joyce’s family was everything to her. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She never complained about her own problems and always put others before herself. Her hobbies were reading and casino trips. She especially enjoyed the time her and her husband spent raising and showing their miniature horses. Joyce will be forever loved by her family and those who knew and loved her.
