Joyce Raymond Walters departed this world to join her beloved husband, Edward of 62 years on
August 11, 2022. She was born on August 20, 1929 in Stamford, Connecticut. She graduated from Stamford High School, "Class of 47”. She retired in 1991 from Lynn Insurance Group of Boca Raton and was Secretary at Ascension Lutheran Church in Boynton Beach until 1993.
Joyce Raymond Walters predeceased her husband Edward P. Walters 3rd, Father, Randell T. Raymond, Mother, Celia T. Heffner, and Sister, Evelyn R. Murray. She is survived by sons; Edward P. Walters IV (Pete) (Rebecca), Thomas A. Walters (Elizabeth) and Steven R, Walters, 5 Grandchildren; Ian and Graeme Walters, Kandi Schmitz (Mathew), Keri Foster (Christopher) and Kaitlin Walters, 5 Great Grandchildren; Reid and Caiden Schmitz, Savannah Foster-Hilton, Brooke Foster and soon to arrive, Phoenix Marie Foster, Niece, Lisa Gregory Hoffman, Nephews; Keith O’Donnell (Diane) and Randy O’Donnell, Great Nieces; Melanie O’Donnell and Carolina Rush, Great Nephews; Taylor Hoffman, Matthew Hoffman (Cristy), Great Great Niece Sohpia, Sister in laws; Corinne Gumkowski, Audrey Carella, Gerry Woodhall, Kathleen Camara, Delores Scappatura and Marilyn Walters.
Funeral Services for Joyce Walters will be held on Thursday August 18, 2022 at Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home in Lantana, Florida. Visitation, 10AM-11AM, Chapel Service, 11AM-12PM.
