Mrs. Juana Maria "Nano" Mirabal's Obituary
Mrs. Juana Maria "Nano" Mirabal age 101 of Milton, Florida formerly of West Palm Beach, Florida was called home to be with the Lord on May 26, 2015. She was born in Matanzas, Cuba on March 20, 1914 to her proud parents, Mr. Pedro Mirabal and Mrs. Juana Gonzalez. In 1981, she moved to the United States of America to make a better life for herself and her family. She was an immaculate housekeeper and took great pride in carrying for her home, husband and children. She was also a great cook and could make some great Cuban Cuisine including Aroz Moro, Picadillo, Pulpeta, Ropa Vieja and oh so many other tasty dishes. Juana was a devout Catholic and regularly attended mass at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in West Palm Beach, Florida when she was able to attend. She will remembered as a kind, gentle, loving and nurturing spirited person; who was selfless and always placed others needs before her own. Juana has joined her husband and her son, Julio Gradaille and Julio Cesar Gradaille in Heaven and she was greeted by their smiling face upon her arrival to Heaven's Gates. She will be forever loved and honored by her loving daughter, Nora C. Lopez and her daughter-in-law, Gilsi Gradaille; her three adored grandchildren, Julio Gradaille, Jose Gradaille, Maria C. Ybarra and her husband, John; three treasured great grandchildren, Julio Joseph Gradaille, Kevin Gradaille and Lauren Maria Ybarra; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members. Family and friends will gather and pay tribute to her on Friday, May 29, 2015 from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM with a Catholic Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3691 Seacrest Boulevard, Lantana, Florida 33462, (561) 586-1237.
