Justin Sanjiv Persad's Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, and uncle Justin Sanjiv Persad, who left us on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the age of 24.
Born in West Palm Beach, FL, Justin was known for his kindness, quirky sense of humor, and philosophical curiosity. He graduated Santaluces High School, earned his associates degree, and was beginning his studies as an electrical engineer at Palm Beach State, while working as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens.
Justin studied taekwondo for years, ultimately achieving his 3rd Dan Black Belt as a teenager. He also took up to the violin and performed at several recitals. He loved fishing for bass in the lake behind his house, reading manga, watching anime, and listening to music. He enjoyed going to the beach, making late-night fish broth, and cooking curry dishes on the patio with his family.
Justin is loved by his parents, Reynold and Jacqueline; his sister, Tanya, and her husband, Curtis; his brother, Kevin, and his fiancée, Shalini; and his brother, Darren, and his wife, Darrian. He was also deeply cherished by his niece, Parker, and nephews, Roman and Harvey.
His family, friends, co-workers, and classmates will always remember the impact he made. His presence will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Services for Justin will take place at Palm Beach Memorial on Sunday, March 2nd with the viewing starting at 11:30am and funeral service starting at 1pm.
