Leroy Baxter's Obituary
Leroy Baxter, 66, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on March 19, 2022. Leroy was born on May 3, 1955, in Clarendon, Jamaica, to parents O'Conner Baxter and Louise Knight Baxter. He leaves to cherish his memory a host of loving family and friends. Leroy will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
