It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lionel, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who departed this life at the age of 87.
Lionel lived a life rooted in tradition, integrity, and devotion to family. He was a pillar of strength and kindness, whose quiet wisdom and gentle humor touched everyone who knew him.
A proud New Yorker, Lionel spent his career as a printer helping stories come to life for generations of readers. His work was more than a job; it was a testament to his dedication and pride in honest labor.
He is survived by his loving wife, Wendy, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, all of whom carry forward his legacy of love, resilience, and generosity.
A service will be held in accordance with Jewish tradition on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 12:00 pm .
In lieu of flowers, donations be made to a Charity or Jewish organization, in honor of Lionel’s lifelong commitment to community and compassion.
