Margaret M. Dittle's Obituary
Margaret M. Dittle passed away at the age of 92 on October 13, 2014. Margaret was born in Newburgh, New York on September 23, 1922 to the late Mr. Wentworth Millspaugh and the late Mrs. Margaret (nee Johnston) Millspaugh. She enjoyed a long and successful personal life being a loving devoted wife to Louis D. Dittle for sixty two years and having four sons. After completing business college in New York, she worked as a secretary for an interior yacht design company and then for the National Youth Administration before becoming a full time wife and mother. While accompanying her husband overseas, she took the opportunity to travel extensively enjoying family vacations abroad in Asia and Europe. She became very accomplished in the art of Chinese Water Colors painting and producing many fine works of art. Margaret was a generous and loving wife and mother. Margaret and her husband, Louis D. Dittle came to the South Florida area in 1963 from the Country of Aruba, where they had resided for a number of years before moving to Florida. She is survived by her three loved sons, Gary L. Dittle, Mark F. Dittle and Brian D. Dittle; her daughter-in-law, Jocye Dittle; her three adored grandchildren, Joi Marie Clouse, Jina Dittle and Jeffery Dittle; and one precious great grandson, Jon Clouse. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Louis D. Dittle and her son, Jock W. Dittle. Family and friends will gather and pay respects from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, Friday, October 17, 2014 at Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home 3691 Seacrest Boulevard, Lantana, Florida 33462, (561) 586-1237.
