Milton Ismael Perez, age 35 of Lake Worth, FL passed away on October 8, 2019. He is survived by his wife Melissa, his children Antony Perez, Christian Perez and Brianna Perez. Also surviving are his mother Santos Rodriguez and is father Julio Perez, his sisters Maira Perez and Gloria Cruz, and his 3 nieces and 2 nephews. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday October 12, beginning at 1:00 PM at St. Lucas Catholic Church, 2892 S Congress Ave, Palm Springs, FL. Visitation with the family will follow the mass at First Congregational Church, 141 K St, Lake Worth, FL on Saturday October 12th. from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Burial will take place on Sunday October 13th at Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3691 Seacrest Blvd, Lantana, FL at 10:00 AM.
