Nicholas R. Marazita's Obituary
Nicholas R. Marazita age 92 of Greenacres, Florida passed away peacefully on October 12, 2014. Nicholas was born on March 31, 1922 in Manhattan, New York to the late Mr. Louis Marazita and the late Mrs. Mary (nee Laino) Marazita. Nicholas move to the Palm Beach County area in1985 from his former hometown in Rockland County, New York. He was a former Salesman and employee with Macy's of New York until his retirement. Nicholas was a Devout Catholic and worshipped regularly at St. Luke Catholic Church in Palm Springs, Florida. He was an avid Bowler and loved to sing and dance; he was also a former Champion Billiard Player. Nicholas was the former President of the Italian American Club in Lucerne Pointe Condominium Association. Nicholas also served his Country with courage and honor during World War II in the United States Army and he was an Honorably Discharged Veteran. He was always fun to be around and a very social and active person. He was well liked and respected by all who knew and loved Nicholas. Nicholas leaves behind to forever love and cherish his memory a loving and devoted wife of forty two years, Adele Marazita; his four loved children, Donna Clark and her husband, John Clark, Lorraine Precek and her husband Randall Precek, Barbara Bronstein and her husband, Paul and Marcia Malmet; his one admired brother, Charles Marazita; his three adored grandchildren, Julie Blake, Nicholas Precek and Christopher Precek; and his four precious great grandchildren. Family and friends will gather and pay respects on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3691 Seacrest Boulevard, Lantana, Florida 33462, (561) 586-1237. A Catholic Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Palm Beach Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel, 3691 Seacrest Boulevard, Lantana, Florida 33462, (561) 586-1237 with Father Rick Riccardi the celebrant. Entombment will follow in Palm Beach Memorial Park Mausoleum with the United States Army presenting Military Honors to the Family of Nicholas R. Marazita.
