Dear tío Paul,
As I told you last time we met, thanks for the good moments we had.
I will always remember your world-famous Angel hair pasta and how we signed together and drank a glass of wine as we cooked it!! That was indeed La docle vita !!
Visiting New York for the first time wouldn’t have been the same without you guys! Tia Gladys and you are definitely an institution for our family ! For ever in my memories how we went to get Italian cookies to that little Italian shack in White Plains, and the stories of hunting that was indeed a very different life perspective.
I learned first hand from you that the American dream exists ! We both cheered and loved this beautiful country ! And we both did it ! We had our share of differences, but we always shared the values that family is first.
