Raymond L Dlubac's Obituary
Raymond L. Dlubac, 84, of Lake Worth, FL, loving husband of 61 years of Anna (Sudeikat) Dlubac, peacefully passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020. Born in Rockville, CT on August 10, 1935, the son of the late Andrew and Stella (Kowalczyk) Dlubac. Raymond was a graduate of Howell Cheney Technical School. He proudly served his country from 1954-1962 in the United States Airforce stationed in Japan, Mississippi, Montana and Beausejour, Canada. He was also the owner of Lark Manufacturing where he worked as a Process Engineer and Tool Designer. His son Mark worked alonside him for many years. Raymond's love of his family knew no bounds as they were his absolute pride and joy. Alongside his treasured wife Anna he is survived by his beloved sons Michael Dlubac and his wife Mary of Bolton, CT, Mark Dlubac and his fiancee Kathleen Keifer of Margate, FL and Mitchell Dlubac and his wife Anne of Ellington, CT. His cherished grandaughters, Danielle, Heather, Kayla, Shauna and Erin and his precious great grandson Cameron. He also leaves his beloved siblings, sister, Marion Eaton of Lake Worth, FL and brother, David Dlubac of Mar Vista, CA. His brothers in law, Joe Sudiekat, Karl Heinz Sudeikat and Peter Peters, all of Canada, Aunts Helen Pardus and Anne Lucas, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephew and dear friends. Along with his parents he was predeased by his in laws Karl and Victoria Sudeikat and sister in law Mary Peters. Raymond was an avid sports fan, following UCONN athletics and the New York Giants. He loved to tinker and could fix anything. He was proud to work alongside his father building homes in Vernon including his own home of which he raised his family. He also enjoyed his numerous trips to visit family in Canada and was ever the gracious host when friends and family came to call. The family wishes to thank Trustbridge Hospice for their compassionate care, and extend special thanks to Marie and Sharon for their professional and tender care of Raymond. Raymond's family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, February 24, 2020 from 5-8 p.m. at Palm Beach Memorial, 3691 Seacrest Blvd. Lantana, FL. Graveside service will be Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 S. State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Raymond's name may be made to The Fisher House Foundation, 12300 Twinbrook Pkwy, Suite 410 Rockville, MD 20852
