Salvatore R. Aburscato, 78 of Lake Worth died May 9th at his home. Formerly of Brentwood New York he had lived in Florida for many years. Sal was a kid of the 50's, loved doo wop music and vintage cars. A unique life lived well. H Read Obituary

Sal was a unique man. His personality reflected the things that molded him. Music, vintage cars and the family he loved who loved him in return most of all. My sincere condolences to Sue, Amy, Wendy, Richard and Young Sal.
I am so sorry to hear of Your Dad's passing! My heart goes out to your family! Though I only talked to your Dad a few times, some of the things I remember most were his kindness and generosity! How your house was always open to everybody and how he took care of everybody! God Bless You!
He was so much more than my dad.... My childhood was filled with love, adventure and so many funny unexpected experiences. He loved his family and friends with his whole heart. He quietly helped so many people, doing whatever it takes. He taught me how important it was to be there for others.
I'm going to miss Sunday race days, when he would call 6 times to complain about the new rules or see if I saw the crash. I'm going to miss the funny stuff he was always mailing to us all, old pictures, articles he found in the newspaper. I'm going to miss his voice, the way he explained things, the way I always knew how much he loved me.
No more pain, he is peaceful and I am honored to be his daughter.
I will miss every crazy unique way you did everything....!!!! i will miss listening to those old radio shows together that you loved so much....but most of all I will miss that twinkling in your eyes when you smiled and laughed .....it always made you look like you were up to something..(which you probably were) and filled me with love..comfort..and happiness..i LOVE you daddy to the moon and back..we all will never be the same
I love you more than I can say, one of the greatest memories I have is when you sent me 25 different birthday cards in the mail for my 25th birthday. Then did it again on my 50th. You were truly a special person.

Too many to list, but just enjoying his company while watching television commenting on the show at hand or talking about life in general. We really enjoyed each others company and I will miss him. See you on the other side Pop. Try not to give everyone a hard time.
