Stanley leaves to mourn him his devoted and loving wife, Linda Kinsey-Levenstein, a Vassar graduate who peaked his intellect as a scientist and world traveler.
Stanley has several nieces and nephews who adored him. He also has one son, Lance Levenstein. He has one grandson, Justin Daniel and three grand children who he longed to see and spend time with.
Stanley was a loving, generous and highly imaginative person who loved living life to the fullest with vigor and enthusiasm. He never slowed down apparently since childhood beginning with long bike rides with his friends on the interstate roads using lightning bugs trapped in jars to navigate his way back home after sundown.
While growing up Stanley accompanied his father to the synagogue and developed a proficiency in Hebrew.

Initially, he excelled working for a curtain manufacturer for many years where he invented and designed machines that outpaced others in quality, reliability and overall cost of the finished product. He is credited with six patents including “the Austrian curtain”-that he turned over to his employer who compensated him well for his genius. Because Stanley was appreciated, he enjoyed the opportunity to travel globally by air and by sea with his wife. He lived his life on his terms supporting his two children as they navigated their way to professional careers..
Stanley and his first wife who he knew since childhood, owned a child care product company that they demonstrated and marketed throughout the nation.
Stanley’s final career ended last year after 21 years working for the County in the Parks System. He used his golf know-how to help on designs and ultimately to work as a starter regulating the timing of golfers on the course.
