Sylvia Cumsky, age 88 of Lake Worth, Florida passed away on March 9, 2011. A chapel service will be held at Palm Beach Memorial Park on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 2:00 PM. Shiva will be observed at the Cumsky Residence from Monday, March 14, 2011 to Friday, March 18, 2011. Contributions in Sylvia's name can be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, "J.
