Teresa Gervasio's Obituary
Teresa "Terry" (Pantaleo) Gervasio, 85, of Lantana, Florida, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2025.
She was born in Manchester, Connecticut in 1939 to Emil and Finesia Pantaleo. Teresa graduated with honors from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. She enjoyed boating at the family cottage, ice skating, playing tennis, and working as a lifeguard. She later married Victor Gervasio and had two sons Dean and David. She began her professional life as a legal secretary, working with numerous judges and law firms. After moving to Palm Beach County, Florida, with her two sons, she built a successful second career as a real estate broker. She took care of her parents in their later years and spent her life putting others first.
Two of Teresa's greatest passions were playing the piano and cooking Italian food. A lifelong lover of classical music, Teresa studied piano throughout her life and became an accomplished classical pianist. She also loved to share her Italian cuisine and recipes with family, friends, and neighbors. She was at her happiest when people would visit and stay for drinks and her homemade food.
She is survived by her son Dean and his wife Cynthia, her son David and his girlfriend Barbara, and her beloved great grandson Giovanni. She was preceded in death by her parents Emil and Finesia Pantaleo.
Visitation and funeral service will be held at Palm Beach Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3691 North Seacrest Blvd, Lantana, FL 33462 on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. followed by a burial.
