Thelma E. Bisbano, 95, of Stuart, FL and formerly of Delray Beach, FL, passed away on July 26 in Stuart. Mrs. Bisbano had worked for many years with the Social Security Administration. She was preceded in death by her husband Pete Read Obituary
Thelma was a part of our game nights, and a formidable competitor. She was lucky to have a wonderful daughter to share her daily life. We'll remember her with a smile.
Fond & wonderful memories of Thelma will remain tucked away in my heart always & with much love. Her caring, thoughtfulness, concern, compassion, unconditional love for family & outreaching to friends are only some of the qualities that made her a special & outstanding lady who will be sorely missed. I will never forget the reminiscent stories of events & occasions she told me during NY visits. She was always happy to listen to anything I may have had to say & possessed a knack for making me & others feel special,
I choose not to mourn Thelma's passing but rather to say how grateful I am for having had the privilege of knowing her & sharing some memorable times. Last but not least, her indescribably delicious, freshly baked apple pies & beautifully crocheted/knitted baby bibs (loved & saved by my niece), hot plate trivets & dish cloths which I treasure. It goes without saying that I will think of Thelma each & every time they are used.
