Thomas E. Dyer's Obituary
Thomas E. Dyer, 84 of Manalapan died suddenly June 30, 2014. Mr. Dyer was the son of the late William H. Dyer and Mildred S. Dyer of Palm Beach. He is survived by his devoted wife, Sheila, and five children, Emily Ward, Thomas E. Dyer, Jr., William H. Dyer (Lori), David B. Dyer (Kathleen), and Janet E. Dyer. He also leaves four loving grandchildren, Jane Dyer, Ryan Dyer, Isabel Ward and Leighton Teddy Ward. Mr. Dyer was the founder and developer of Palm Beach Memorial Park. For many years Tom resided in Ocean Ridge and served this town well as Mayor for several years. An avid golfer and croquet player, Tom was a founder of Pine Tree Golf Club and a member of the Palm Beach National Croquet Association. At Mr. Dyer's request, the Memorial Service will be private.
