William Dmytrow's Obituary
William H. Dmytrow, M/SGT USAF Ret, age 96, passed away peacefully in Jupiter, FL on February 5, 2013. Bill was born in Parsippany, NJ on September 9, 1916. Predeceased by his loving wife, Lillian and brother, Leo Kowalczyk. He is survived by daughters, Lynn Vidulich (Richard) and Beverly Lahtinen (Alan), son, Roger Dmytrow (Pamela); brothers, Joseph Karszen and John Karszen. Known as "Pappy", Bill lovingly leaves thirteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. Bill was a proud American serving military duty during Pearl Harbor in the Army and Air Force for twenty great years. Bill relocated his family from Long Island, NY to Lake Worth, FL upon his retirement in 1955. He worked as a Brink's Guard in West Palm Beach, for eight years. Next, Bill did landscaping at John Prince Park and later tended bridge at the Lake Worth Bridge. His love of golf led him to become a caddy, "Golf Theorist" and local instructor. Bill liked to help people. His kind ways will always be remembered. Mass will be held at St. Herman's Orthodox Church, on March 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Inurnment will follow.
