We will miss you dearly, Uncle Pete. I truly cherish all the fun and memories we shared—from fishing on the deep blue sea to soaking up that unbeatable Florida sunshine together.
My favorite memory will always be the time I came to visit Uncle Pete and Aunt Sharyn in Florida all by myself when I was about 10. I was so homesick, and to help cheer me up (and possibly save his own sanity), Uncle Pete took me to Blockbuster and told me I could rent any movie I wanted. And thus began the three‑day Beetlejuice marathon. For the next three days, he faithfully sat with me in his man cave and watched it on repeat—without complaining even once… or at least not where I could hear it!
Those moments will forever live in my heart. Rest easy, Uncle Pete—and don’t forget to put in a good word with the Big Guy for an amazing Eagles season next year. I’ll think of you every single time I crack open a can of Budweiser.
Love you always. 💚🦅🍺
Uncle Pete was one of those rare people who made life feel lighter just by being in the room. Effortlessly cool, endlessly funny, and always the life of the party. He had a way of bringing people together and making every moment memorable.
He loved being out on the water sportfishing, cheering on the Eagles, a good veal parmesean, and spending time with his two beloved bunnies. He always had the best style in the room. I’ll forever cherish the shirts and hats he gave me over the years. They’ve become some of my most complimented pieces, but more importantly, they’ll always remind me of him.
Uncle Pete, thank you for the laughter, the stories, and the unforgettable energy you brought into all of our lives. You’ll be deeply missed, but never forgotten. 💙

Sweet note from Cousin, Linda Poksay
Pete was so happy and proud to be asked to be the Godfather of Brooke.
This candle is shining bright for our dear cousin Pete.
He was our guiding light growing up, always watching out for his younger cousins.
His personality was unique only to Pete, and he always enjoyed having a good time with family and friends.
He had a special place in his heart for his family. We will cherish all the good memories and keep them in our hearts forever.
He will truly be missed. We love you Pete.

Our family is mourning the loss of a truly special cousin, someone whose presence meant so much to all of us. As the oldest among us, he carried so many memories, stories, and moments that shaped our family in ways we’ll always cherish.
He was truly one of a kind—fun loving, full of life, and able to light up any room just by being in it. His laughter, warmth, and spirit brought people together, and being around him always felt special.
We loved him deeply, and his presence will be missed more than words can express. Though he may no longer be with us, the joy he brought and the love he shared will live on in our hearts forever.
